Apartment Restoration
Spruce Village Apartments in Riverside, CA, experienced a fire that started in one of the downstairs units. There were four units affected by the fire that caused extensive fire and smoke damage. Three of these units needed complete mitigation and restoration, involving new electrical, plumbing, drywall, fixtures, paint, hardware and cabinets. The fourth unit was treated for smoke damage.
